SECTION 249.64—Disclosures

(a) Effective October 1, 2018, a covered depository institution holding company subject to this subpart must disclose publicly the information required under subpart J of this part each calendar quarter, except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section.
(b) Effective 18 months after a covered depository institution holding company first becomes subject to this subpart pursuant to section 249.60(c)(2), the covered depository institution holding company must provide the disclosures required under subpart J of this part each calendar quarter.
